We take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade tulle skirts and dresses, and we want you to cherish and enjoy your new garment. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or request a refund. We’ve outlined our Refund and Returns Policy below to guide you through the process:

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for all regular-priced tulle skirts and dresses within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels intact. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at contact@tulless.com or through our designated customer service hotline. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any relevant information. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package’s safe arrival.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return. If the item is approved, we will process the refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or design, please mention it when contacting our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price differences between the original and exchanged items will be settled accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a return shipping label, and upon receiving the damaged item, we will process either a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.

Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards, promotional items, and any items purchased during clearance or sale events are non-refundable.

International Returns:

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
